Tim joins the Pegasus team as the Director of Retirement Plans, bringing over 20 years of financial service experience. He specializes in helping organizations to establish retirement plan strategies for executives and their employees. His deep retirement industry knowledge and experiences allows Tim to deliver clients objective, unbiased advice through thorough consultation and needs analysis. Tim carries a passion for helping small businesses understand their existing offering; eliminate unnecessary expenses; ensure they are fulfilling fiduciary and ERISA requirements, while educating participants in order to deliver the best outcomes for retirement readiness.
Having served at Vanguard for over 17 years, with over a decade dedicated to the nonprofit and corporate retirement plan market, Tim has extensive knowledge of product, plan design, fiduciary responsibilities, as well as deep understanding of the retirement plan market and competitive intelligence. He helped manage and stabilize a $12B 403(b) business at Vanguard, prior to joining and developing Vanguard’s Small Market Retirement Plan offer, now valued at over $50B in recordkeeping assets. Tim’s vast retirement plan retirement industry network of Third Party Administrators (TPAs), Recordkeepers, Payroll Providers, Industry Attorneys and CPAs provides our team with the opportunity to seamlessly navigate complicated plan design and operational challenges frequently encountered in the small business retirement plan segment. He has served on various Retirement Plan industry committees, including the NTSA Tax-Exempt Government Plans Committee and The SPARK Institute Data Standards Task Force.
Tim and his two children have resided in West Chester, Pennsylvania since 2003 and he is actively involved in the community promoting small business development.
